3. Die Damhuis – Melkbosstrand
Located in a historic cottage on the West Coast beachfront, Die Damhuis partners delicious foods such as classic bobotie, home-made pickled fish and all the meals that remind you of home – without making you do the dishes afterwards! The slow-roasted pork belly is divine and they have a wide selection of desserts to choose from too.

4. Jonkershuis – Constantia
This wine farm knows what it’s doing, with an exquisite restaurant that offers a varied menu suffused with Malay flavours. When the weather is beautiful you have the option of having your meal outside under the oak trees overlooking the gorgeous Constantia winelands. Try their renowned breakfast menu, or if you are visiting later, try The Estate Tasting Plate with a glass of wine.
