On 14 September, Food24 hosted the first NextGen Awards ceremony in partnership with Philips. There was much to celebrate, including the imminent launch of the new Philips airfryer!
Well done to Meanda Mills from The Institute of Culinary Arts who stole the show with her Easter-themed winning recipe – hot cross bun cruffins with white chocolate sauce and tiramisu eggnog.
