Lamb is a symbolic dish eaten during this time, and Chef Sylwester Lis, from the Polish restaurant Morskie Oko, demonstrates his take on the tender lamb meat. The succulent lamb, marinated in lime, chilli and whiskey is wrapped in phyllo pastry and served with sweet potato and pumpkin, a recipe that even you can make at home this Easter.
