At the beginning of this year Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen – chef patron of JAN Restaurant in France, obtained his Michelin star for the fourth year in a row. A fine achievement indeed. On top of gleaning Michelin stars, Jan also made an announcement that he will be opening a restaurant in South Africa.
We caught up with the assiduous chef and asked him about cooking and entertaining at home.
