150 g Bakers Zoo biscuits
100 g tennis biscuits
200 g marshmallows
150 g white chocolate
100 g butter
edible confetti or sprinkles

Line a glass or metal dish with grease-proof paper. Secure the paper with a little spray of cooking oil to keep in place.

Break the biscuits into rough pieces using your fingers.

Using a pair of scissors, cut the marshmallows into 4-6 pieces each. Dip the scissors into warm water to prevent sticking.

Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave, stirring at regular intervals. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add a few pinches of coloured sprinkles.

Add the marshmallows, melted chocolate and the biscuits then stir until combined.

Press the mixture into the lined dish, add sprinkles or decorations and place into the fridge until set – about 90 minutes.

Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
