|500 ml||berry juice|
|850 g||yoghurt — low fat|
|2 ml||natreen liquid|
|6 pinch||cayenne pepper|
Stir berry juice and yoghurt with a whisk.
Add Natreen Liquid sweetener to yogurt smoothie to taste, fill into glasses.
Serve with a thick straw.
Tip: Instead of pure berry juice, you can use any of you favorite juice flavours for this drink.
Try cranberry or black currant.
