Whole roasted cauliflower
|salt and black pepper|
|1 cup||vegan parmesan cheese|
|2 tsp||smoked paprika|
|1/2 tsp||ground nutmeg|
Coat the cauliflower in some olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover with tin foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 30 minutes until nearly fully cooked.
Place the vegan parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, nutmeg and oil in a bowl. Mix well. Remove the foil from the cauliflower and pour over the marinade. Bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes.
