White bean and roasted garlic dip
|1||tin white beans, drained|
|4||garlic — cloves|
|50 ml||fresh chillies — 573|
|1/2 Tbs||freshly ground black pepper|
|50 g||feta cheese|
|1 Tbs||cream cheese|
|1 Tbs||fresh chives — chopped|
Heat your olive oil in a small sauce pan and slowly cook the garlic till the skins become brown, once brown remove the skins and allow to cool. Once cooled grate and add the olive oil and garlic to the mix.
In a large bowl add all your ingredients and blend till smooth.
Serve with nachos, or flatbreads.
