|230 g||cream cheese|
|125 ml||icing sugar — sifted|
|180 g||cherries — fresh|
|125 g||blueberries — fresh|
1 Cut the watermelon into 2-3cm thick slices and set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and icing sugar and set aside in the fridge until needed.
3 Spread some of the cream cheese mixture on each watermelon slice and top with the cherries, strawberries and blueberries.
Cut into wedges, scatter the mint leaves over and serve.
