|1/4 cup||Dal Flour|
|3/4 cup||rice flour|
|1/4 tsp||fenugreek seeds|
|butter — to grease the pan|
|Sweet Potato Curry|
|1/2||onion — cubed|
|1||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|1 tsp||salt — to taste|
For the cheats dosa:
Crush the methi seeds into powder. Mix all the ingredients together to form a thin crepe-like batter.
Grease the frying with butter and fry ladle-fulls of batter. You will know the crepes are ready when they start to brown at the edges and pull away from the side of the pan.
For the sweet potato curry:
Heat the coconut oil in a hot pan. Add the onions, chilli, garlic, and curry leaves and fry until the onions soften.
Add the sweet potato and the masala. Mix through 1/2 cup of water.
Allow to cook on medium until the sweet potato is soft.
Season to taste and then serve with fresh coriander.
