|4 Tbs||tomato passata|
|1/4 cup||fresh basil|
|1/4 cup||olives — finely chopped|
|1/2 cup||mozzarella cheese — grated|
|2 Tbs||sriracha sauce|
|fresh parsley — to garnish|
Start by rolling out the dough into small rectangles. Spread a layer tomato pasta sauce and top with a handful of Mozzarella cheese, olive and basil. Cover with another piece of dough to form a ‘sandwich’. Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
In the meantime, heat and grease a waffle iron liberally with non-stick spray.
Place two dough sandwiches onto the waffle iron and close until the light indicates that the dough is cooked and ready.
In the meantime, mix the mayonnaise with the Sriracha sauce for dipping.
