Just when you thought marshmallow eggs couldn't possibly get any better... Introducing marshmallow pastry puffs! Buttery golden pastry filled with melty marshmallows and chocolate puffs.

|white chocolate — melted|
|speckled eggs — crushed|

Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles.
Place a marshmallow egg close to the edge of each pastry rectangle.
Fold the opposite side of the puff pastry over each marshmallow egg, ensuring each egg is fully covered with pastry.
Press the edges together with a fork to secure.
Lightly beat the egg and then use to egg wash the pastry with a pastry brush.
Airfry in batches at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Drizzle over the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed speckled eggs to garnish.
