|700 g||McCain African Stir Fry|
|2 tins||chopped tomatoes|
|salt — to taste|
|2 tins||butter beans — drained and rinsed|
|1/3 cup||fresh coriander — chopped, to garnish|
|1 packet||McCain Potato Crispers — cooked according to package instructions|
|boerewors — braaied|
|mielies — braaied|
|garlic roosterkoek — braaied|
|green salad — to serve|
Add oil to a heavy cast iron pan.
Add chopped onion, ginger and garlic and fry until soft and translucent.
Add curry powder and red chilli flakes.
Add the frozen McCain African Stir Fry, and let it simmer for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt and sugar.
Add butter beans and simmer for 5 minute.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve the chakalaka as a sharing-style braai spread for the whole family to enjoy with McCain Crispers and other braai-side goodies.
