WATCH: How to make a sweet potato gatsby
|400 g||McCain Rosemary and Garlic Sweet Potato Fries|
|15 ml||garam masala|
|60 ml||olive oil|
|300 g||minute steaks|
|butter — for spreading|
|1 cup||lettuce — shredded|
|1||onion — sliced|
|peri peri sauce|
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread frozen McCain Rosemary and Garlic Sweet Potato Fries in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10–15 minutes until crisp.
While the sweet potato chips are baking, massage masala and olive oil into the steak.
On a medium heat, fry the steak for 2–3 minutes until done.
Halve the French baguette, spread with butter and toast until crispy on the buttered side.
Assemble the gatsby with a layer of lettuce, followed by onion, McCain Rosemary and Garlic Sweet Potato Fries, peri peri sauce, steak and atchar.
Serve with more atchar and simply enjoy!
