WATCH: How to make 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies
|1 cup||peanut butter|
|1 cup||coconut sugar|
Mix all the ingredients together.
Roll the dough into little balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten each ball of dough with a fork, leaving a crisscross pattern.
Bake at 180⁰C for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden – be sure not to overbake.
Allow to cool on the baking tray then enjoy.
