Virgin Piña Colada smoothie
|1/4 cup||coconut milk|
|1||bananas — frozen|
|1 cup||pineapple — chunks, frozen|
|1 Tbs||oat bran|
|1 Tbs||flaxseed — powder|
|2 tsp||vanilla — extract|
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
