25.00 ml garlic — dried
25.00 ml ginger — ground
50.00 ml chillies — ground
25.00 ml coriander — ground
10.00 bay leaves
5.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml cloves — ground
5.00 ml cardamom — ground

Mix all ingredients together.
Use 20 to 30 ml of this spice blend for a curry that will serve four.
Use in meat, chicken, seafood or vegetable curries.
Makes one small jar
