Unicorn power smoothie
|2 - 3 Tbs||yoghurt|
|1||beetroot — peeled|
|1 cup||mixed berries — frozen|
|1||serving wazoogles berry smoothie powder|
|1 Tbs||acai berry powder|
|1 Tbs||dragonfruit powder|
|1 Tbs||fresh mint — chopped|
|toppings all optional|
|fresh or frozen berries|
|1 Tbs||almonds — flaked, toasted|
|fresh basil leaves|
Blend the smoothie ingredients together until smooth, adjust
the consistency by adding a little extra water if you like.
Pour into a bowl or two, add your toppings and serve.
Alternatively, loosen with a little extra water and pour
into a jar to enjoy on the go.
Refrigerate any extra for up to 24 hours.
