1.00 chicken — large
500.00 ml water
2.00 stock cubes — chicken
1.00 onion — medium, chopped
250.00 ml water — warm
2.50 kg flour — cake
250.00 ml sugar
2.00 ml salt
5.00 ml instant dried yeast

Place the whole chicken in a pot with the water and add the stock.
Cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add the onion and the dombolo.
To make the dombolo, mix all the dry ingredients with 250 ml warm water.
Let it rest for an hour.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions.
Place the portions of dough around the chicken and cover.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours.
