Ultimate dreamy hot chocolate

Add the cornflour and salt to a saucepan.

Whisk while adding the milk and cream. Continue to whisk on medium heat until it comes to a boil.

Reduce heat to allow the milk mixture to simmer for a minute, adding the cinnamon, and continue to whisk.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add in the chocolate and allow for it to sit in the warm milk for a minute. Whisk until it fully combines and return to heat if you need to heat it up slightly.

Pour into mugs and top with marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Tip: Once you top with marshmallows, pop it into the microwave for 10-20seconds until it puffs up slightly.
