|120 ml||fresh lime juice|
|1/4 cup||rose syrup|
|60 ml||chickpea liquid|
|club soda — to top|
|2 tbsp||rose water|
Add the sugar and water to a pot and heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add the rosewater and colouring (add as needed) and allow the mixture to cool until needed.
To make your cocktail, add your gin, lime, measured rose syrup and aquafaba to a large jar or cocktail shaker. Fill the mason jar half full with ice, place the lid on and shake for 15 seconds until the cocktail is foamy. Pour the cocktail into a glass and top with soda.
Stir and taste, and add more sweetness if necessary
If you do a shake without ice first, then add the ice and shake again, you will have a more foamy frothy cocktail!
