Tuna and roasted pepper sandwich

Ingredients (10)

1.00 bread — French loaf
1 red pepper — roasted, sliced
1 green pepper — roasted and sliced
2.00 tuna — tinned in brine, flaked
2.00 garlic — large cloves, crushed
2 fresh parsley — finely chopped
1 fresh basil
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
1 lemon juice
1 cup lettuce — shredded

Cut loaf in half lengthways.
Place both halves, cut side up, on a board and spread with butter.
Mix red and green peppers with tuna, garlic, parsley, basil, black pepper and olive oil in a medium-sized bowl.
Place shredded lettuce in one of the bread halves, spoon tuna mixture on top and cover with the other half.
Cut the loaf cross-wise into four equal portions.
