Tomato with buffalo mozzarella and balsamic vinegar
The classic Caprese salad braaied, will be perfect as a summer starter.
|8||tomatoes — medium|
|2||mozzarella cheese — fresh ball|
|20 ml||vinegar — white balsamic|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Cut top off the tomato, and with a small sharp knife, cut the seeds out and stuff tomato with mozzarella.
Place on the fire and close the lid of braai if available, cook for 5 minutes.
Take off and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
