Tomato bredie with mashed potato
|500 g||beef — cubed|
|1||onion — chopped|
|1 Tbs||garlic — cloves|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Braze the onion and garlic in some olive oil.
Add the meat and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Once the meat is browned, add the chopped tomato, tomato paste and chutney.
Cook for 30 min or till meat is tender.
