|15.00 ml||sunflower oil|
|5.00 ml||espresso — ground|
|5.00 ml||nutmeg — grated|
|5.00 ml||cinnamon — ground|
Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
In a small bowl, toss nuts in oil, then place them on a baking sheet. Toast in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss nuts in it until lightly coated.
Return nuts to baking sheet and roast for 2 more minutes.
Serve warm as a snack, or use to decorate Zuccotto coffee cake (see recipe).
