|500 - 600 g||yellowtail|
|250 ml||yoghurt — plain|
|12||onion — finely chopped|
|fresh ginger — grated|
|4 cloves||garlic — cloves, crushed|
|1 tsp||coriander — ground|
|2 tsp||lemon juice|
|1.5 tsp||garam masala|
|1 tsp||chillies — powder|
|2 tsp||tomato purée|
|sugar — pinch|
Prepare the the marinade first by mixing together all the above ingredients.
Cut the fish into bite-sized chunks and thread onto a skewer.
Place the skewers in a shallow dish, spoon marinade over and turn so that the fish and vegetables are coated evenly.
Cover and marinate in the fridge for one hour.
Preheat the grill. Lift the skewers out of the marinade and cook, turning once until the fish is cooked and firm, and both the fish
and vegetables are slightly charred.
