Ingredients (6)

50 ml gin — Tanqueray No. Ten
15 ml aperol
5 ml absinthe
15 ml vanilla — syrup
15 ml lemon juice — fresh
1 eggs — whites only

Place all the ingredients in a Boston shaker and shake vigorously.

Fine strain into a stemmed glass.

Garnish by placing an absinth spoon over the glass.

Finish with an icing sugar dusted raspberry on top of the absinthe spoon.
