|1 packet||mint chocolate Tennis Biscuits|
|45 ml||Amarula Cream|
|60 ml||ready-made chocolate mousse|
|45 ml||cream — wjisked to stiff peaks|
|marshmallows — for garnish|
Select an open-mouthed stemmed glass. Dip the rim of the glass in the chocolate syrup and then into the finely crushed biscuits.
Turn a twist of chocolate sauce around the inside of the glass if desired.
Using a cocktail whisk or shaker, mix the Amarula Cream and chocolate mousse together until smooth.
Pour into the bottom of the glass.
Whisk the cream and whisky together.
Pour the cream mixture over the back of the spoon to layer on top of the Amarula mix in the glass.
Skewer a marshmallow onto a cocktail stick.
Brown the marshmallow without it catching alight.
Place the cocktail stick on the drink and light it for effect before drinking.
