|3 ml||black pepper — freshly ground|

|410.00 g||sweetcorn — creamed|
Mix lemon juice, garlic, chillies, pepper and 30 ml oil together.
Add sliced chicken and stir well to coat. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat remaining oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
Add half the chicken and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Remove from pan and stir-fry remaining chicken for 1 minute.
Reduce heat to medium and return all chicken to the pan. Add sweetcorn and stir for 1 minute.
Season to taste and serve immediately with rice, potatoes or tortillas.
