Tangy Asian beef wraps
|4||sausages — beef bangers|
|30 ml||soy sauce — plus extra for dipping|
|50 ml||peanut butter — smooth|
|4||tortilla wraps — flour|
|2||carrots — peeled and julienned|
|1/2||cucumber — cut into julienne strips|
Grill the bangers under a medium-hot grill or pan fry until done. Cut lengthways into four or six pieces.
Mix the soy sauce and peanut butter together and spread onto the tortillas. Top each with carrots and cucumber and place the sliced beef bangers in the middle. Roll up tightly and cut in half. Serve with soy sauce on the side, for dipping.
