|1x||avocado — mashed|
|1 tsp||lemon juice|
|1 Tbs||mixed seeds — toasted|
|handful||coconut — flakes|
Tap for ingredients
Mix your avocado with the lemon juice and set a side till your bread has toasted.
Toast your bread till crisp then add the avocado and top with the remaining ingredients.
Eat fairly quickly as you don’t want the bread to become soggy.
Drizzle with MCT oil to add an extra boost to your day.
