|1.00||onion — small, finely chopped|
|mustard — powder or paprika, pinch|
|6.00||bacon — rindless rashers|
Cut a slit down the centre of each Vienna sausage, but do not slice it all the way through.
Combine the cheddar cheese, onion and mustard powder or paprika and spoon a little of the mixture into the slit.
Wrap each Vienna sausage in a rasher of bacon and arrange the sausages on a baking sheet.
Grill the sausages till the bacon is done and the cheddar cheese has melted.
Serve immediately with rolls or bread, if desired.
