Strawberry rose milkshake
|1/2 cup||rose syrup|
|1 tsp||agar agar|
|5 large heaped spoons||vanilla ice cream|
|5 tbsp||strawberry flavoured milkshake syrup|
For the jelly layer
Boil water and rose syrup. Add in agar agar powder and mix well. Allow to boil and then set in a pyrex dish in the fridge till firm.
Once firm grate jelly with a greater into a bowel.
Spoon into the bottoms of the milkshake glasses
For the milkshake layer
Liquidise all the milkshake ingredients together.
Pour over jelly and serve immediately.
