Strawberry rose milkshake

Ingredients (7)

Jelly layer
500 ml water
1/2 cup rose syrup
1 tsp agar agar
Milkshake layer
5 large heaped spoons vanilla ice cream
500 ml milk
5 tbsp strawberry flavoured milkshake syrup
6-7 strawberries

Method:

For the jelly layer

Boil water and rose syrup. Add in agar agar powder and mix well. Allow to boil and then set in a pyrex dish in the fridge till firm.

Once firm grate jelly with a greater into a bowel.

Spoon into the bottoms of the milkshake glasses

For the milkshake layer

Liquidise all the milkshake ingredients together.

Pour over jelly and serve immediately.
