Strawberry and banana smoothie bowls

Ingredients (7)

½ cup bananas — frozen and sliced
½ cup strawberries — halved and frozen
½ cup milk
½ tsp honey — raw
1 tsp almond nut butter
to serve — to serve
chia seeds, chopped nuts or toasted coconut flakes

Method:

Pop the bananas, strawberries, milk, honey and almond nut butter in a blender. 

Blitz until smooth and thick.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle with your favourite toppings. 

Serve immediately.
