|60 ml||Goldcrest Chilli Infused Pure Honey|
|90 ml||Safari Jalapeno Balsamic Glaze — or SAFARI Red Pepper glaze|
|250 ml||double cream plain yoghurt|
|3||spring onions — chopped|
|3||chives — chopped|
|1||garlic clove — crushed|
|salt and black pepper — to taste|

Season the chicken wings with salt. Mix the oil, honey and balsamic glaze together. Preheat the oven to 200◦C.
Brush the chicken wings with the balsamic mixture. Grill on one side. Turn over and baste on other side. Grill until golden and cooked through.
Drizzle with more balsamic glaze before serving. Serve with the yoghurt dip on the side.
