Ingredients (10)

Chicken wings
16 chicken wings
salt — to taste
60 ml oil
60 ml Goldcrest Chilli Infused Pure Honey
90 ml Safari Jalapeno Balsamic Glaze — or SAFARI Red Pepper glaze
Yoghurt dip
250 ml double cream plain yoghurt
3 spring onions — chopped
3 chives — chopped
1 garlic clove — crushed
salt and black pepper — to taste

Chicken wings

Season the chicken wings with salt. Mix the oil, honey and balsamic glaze together. Preheat the oven to 200◦C.

Brush the chicken wings with the balsamic mixture. Grill on one side. Turn over and baste on other side. Grill until golden and cooked through.

Drizzle with more balsamic glaze before serving. Serve with the yoghurt dip on the side.

Mix all ingredients together and serve with the chicken wings
