|2 kg||pork — ribs|
|1 cup||tomato sauce|
|2 tsp||dried chilli flakes|
|2 tsp||tamarind — paste|
|50 g||golden brown sugar|
|2 Tbs||vinegar — brown|
|1/4 cup||wholegrain mustard|
|sea salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Place the ribs in a large dish. Mix together the marinade ingredients and pour over the ribs. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.
