Sticky pork ribs

Ingredients (8)

2 kg pork ribs
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp dried chilli flakes
2 tsp tamarind paste
50 g golden brown sugar
2 tbsp brown vinegar
1/4 cup wholegrain mustard
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place the ribs in a large dish. Mix together the marinade ingredients and pour over the ribs. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.

Braai ribs until cooked through. Serve with fresh coriander and braaied mielies seasoned with

chilli salt.
