|1 cup||peas — tinned or frozen|
|1 kg||samp — cooked|
|royco — Tomato Bredie dry cook in sauce|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper — to taste|
Heat oil in a pot and fry the onion. Add all the chopped vegetables and garlic, and cook for five minutes. Add your cooked samp, close the pot with a lid, and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the Royco® Cook in Sauce and stir to combine. Season to taste and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with any stew of your choice!
