|1||royco — Sour Cream & Mushroom Sauce|
|1||margarine — or butter|
|1||onion — chopped|
|125 g||brown mushrooms — sliced|
|1||garlic — clove, crushed|
|200 g||tomatoes — peeled, chopped|
|1 tsp||tomato paste|
Prepare ROYCO® sauce as per instructions on pack.
Heat margarine / butter and fry onion and mushrooms. Add red wine and cook until liquid has reduced.
Add garlic, tomato and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 10 mins.
Add prepared sauce, cream and pepper.
Serve with fusilli, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, Italian olive bread and a spinach salad.
