|bacon — Eskort, minced|
Fry the Eskort bacon until crispy and set aside to cool.
Mix together the cupcake batter. Fold in ¾ of the bacon bits into the cupcake batter.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the batter and bake the cupcakes according to instructions on the box.
Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the icing mix and ice the cupcakes once cool.
Top with some extra bacon bits and a drizzle of extra syrup.
