|1 tsp||Robertson's baking powder|
|1 cup||cocoa powder|
|3||eggs — beaten|
|1 tsp||vanilla — extract|

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Fry the bacon and set aside to cool.
Melt the butter with the and mix the sugar in until smooth.
Add the Nutella and mix in. The add flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt and mix together.
Fold in the eggs with half of your cooked bacon. Be careful not to over mix once the eggs are in.
Last add the cocoa and fold the batter together carefully and pour into a greased baking tray.
Bake for 25 – 35 minutes.
To serve, spread some Nutella in a thick layer on the top of the brownies and sprinkle over the other half of the diced bacon.
