Spinach salad

Ingredients (16)

1 onion — chopped
1 red bell pepper — chopped
1 yellow bell pepper — chopped
1 green bell pepper — chopped
1 bunch spinach
1 cup mushrooms — sliced
1 tbsp Knorrox All-In-1 spice mix
500 g chicken livers
1 tbsp mixed spices
salt and black pepper — to taste
For the dressing
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yoghurt
salt and black pepper — to taste

Fry onions, peppers, mushrooms until soft then add chopped spinach, season with Knorrox all in one seasoning and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Season chicken livers with mixed spices, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes… Be sure not to overcook.

Allow it to cool then mix everything together and add dressing.

For dressing, in a small bowl whisk together mustard, honey, mayonnaise, plain yoghurt and season to taste with salt and pepper.
