Spicy sticky wings
|1 kg||chicken wings — cut in 2 pieces at the joint|
|60 ml||Robertson's baking powder|
|30 ml||smoked paprika|
|salt — to taste|
|60 ml||sweet soy sauce|
|60 ml||BBQ sauce|
|30 ml||smoked chilli flakes|
|10 ml||lemon juice|
Coat the wings in baking powder and paprika then sprinkle over some salt.
Grill at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
On the stovetop on medium heat, mix together the soy sauce, lemon juice and BBQ sauce in a saucepan. Add the chilli flakes and lemon juice. Reduce sauce to a sticky consistency.
Coat the wings with the sauce and enjoy.
