Jazz up your nuts with this fragrant spice mix.

Ingredients (8)

15.00 ml butter
750.00 ml mixed nuts
5.00 ml paprika
3.00 ml salt
3.00 ml mustard — powder
3.00 ml coriander — seeds
2.00 ml nutmeg — ground
1.00 ml cayenne pepper

Melt the butter in a pan and add nuts.

Fry until the nuts are golden.

Add paprika, salt, dry mustard, coriander seeds, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

Sprinkle over the nuts and shake the pan well to cover all the nuts with spices. Serve lukewarm.
