Ingredients (9)

430 g baked beans in tomato sauce
4 tomatoes
1 onion
3 green chilli
1 Tbs turmeric — ground
1 Tbs chilli powder
3 Tbs oil
3 Tbs sugar
1 sprig fresh coriander — to taste

Heat oil in pot.
Add chopped onion and braise until golden brown.
Add sliced green chillies.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Add tumeric and chilli powder and allow to simmer for 15 mins until oil bubbles.
Add the tin of baked beans. Cover with a pot lid and switch stove off.

Add coriander and serve.
