Spiced mango chutney

A wonderfully fruity relish made with fresh mangoes.

Ingredients (9)

2.5 cup water
3 cup white sugar
1 cup vinegar — cider
5 cinnamon — stick
1 pickling spice
1 cloves — whole
1 fresh ginger — chopped
1 mustard — seeds
6 cup mango — dried

Method:

Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to the boil, skim any foam from the surface.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 60 minutes or until mango is tender.

Pack into hot sterilised jars and seal.
