Sparkling wine cups
|1.00||red jelly — packet, powder|
|50.00 ml||curaçao liqueur|
|50.00 ml||icing sugar|
|680.00 ml||soda water|
Place jelly crystals in a bowl.
Dip the rims of eight campagne glasses in water, then into the jelly crystals. Set aside.
Crush the ice cubes and place in a large jug.
Stir in sparkling wine, liqueur and icing sugar.
Add soda water and decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
