1.00 red jelly — packet, powder
10.00 ice
1.00 sparkling wine
50.00 ml curaçao liqueur
50.00 ml icing sugar
680.00 ml soda water

Method:

Place jelly crystals in a bowl.
Dip the rims of eight campagne glasses in water, then into the jelly crystals. Set aside.

Crush the ice cubes and place in a large jug.
Stir in sparkling wine, liqueur and icing sugar.
Add soda water and decorate with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
