|80 g||smoked salmon|
|100 g||cream cheese|
|salt and freshly ground back pepper|
|1 tbsp||linseeds — toasted|
|fresh micro herbs — for garnish|
Spoon the avocado out of the skin then smash in a bowl, keeping it chunky.
Season with salt and pepper.
Toast the SASKO Low GI Soy and Linseed White slices.
Top the toast with the cream cheese, smashed avocado and, finally, the salmon ribbons.
Sprinkle the linseeds on top of the salmon and garnish with micro herbs.
