|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1 tsp||ground cinnamon|
|1 tbsp||Lotus Biscoff spread — optional|
|1 1/2 cup||milk|
|3/4 cup||white chocolate — chopped|
|biscuits — crumbled|
In a saucepan, add all the ingredients except the chocolate and the toppings and bring this to a boil on medium heat, whisking constantly.
Once it reaches the boil, add in the chocolate and whisk until combined. Adjust taste and texture to your preference.
Top with a pile of marshmallows and toast using a blowtorch. Finally, add some crumbled cookies and enjoy!
