Ingredients (5)

4 mackerel — fillets, smoked
1 cream cheese — plain
1 Tbs creamed horseradish
1/2 lemon
fresh parsley — to garnish

Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets.
Place everything (except the lemon) in a blender and blend.
Add the juice of the lemon and season to taste.
Serve with crusty bread.
