Smoked mackerel paté
|4||mackerel — fillets, smoked|
|1||cream cheese — plain|
|1 Tbs||creamed horseradish|
|fresh parsley — to garnish|
Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets.
Place everything (except the lemon) in a blender and blend.
Add the juice of the lemon and season to taste.
Serve with crusty bread.
