Whisk the milk, vegetable oil and eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Gradually add the flapjack mix to the liquid mixture, whisking it thoroughly until lump free.
Pour the batter onto a baking paper-lined baking sheet and spread it to the edges.
Slice the strawberries and bananas.
Place the strawberry slices on top of the batter, followed by the banana slices and blueberries.
Bake at 180 ° C for 15 mins, or until golden brown.
Sprinkle a dusting of icing sugar over the pancake before slicing.
Cut the pancake into squares and serve immediately with a drizzle of honey.
